In-house mold design & manufacturing – Rapid design changes, no third-party delays
Precision investment casting + CNC machining – Near-net shape + tight tolerances (up to ±0.01mm)
Full surface finishing under one roof – Polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating, anodizing, electroplating
Exotic alloy expertise – Superalloys, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, brass, aluminum, carbon steel
Low MOQ & fast sampling – From 100–500 pieces, sample available before mass production
End-to-end quality control – Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) accepted, full material & dimension reports
Mold ownership belongs to you – We store free of charge, return anytime upon requestPrecision CastingCNC Machining for Cast PartsProcess capability: We produce near-net-shape castings from your patterns or our custom tooling
Alloy selection: We work with stainless steels, nickel alloys, copper alloys, and carbon steels
Dimensional control: We hold ±0.10mm on standard features and tighter on your critical datums
Surface quality: We deliver as-cast finishes of Ra 3.2–6.3μm – a clean foundation for your next step
Complex geometries: We cast undercuts, internal passages, and thin walls from a single toolAxes capability: We perform 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machining on your critical cast dimensions
Target features: We machine customer-specified geometries on every unique cast part – seal faces, bores, diameters, flanges, or bosses
Dimensional accuracy: We hold ±0.01mm on your cast datum references – so your parts mate correctly every time
Post-cast stability: We stress-relieve your castings before final finishing – so critical dimensions don't move
Machining finish: We leave your parts with clean, consistent machined surfaces – ready for the next step in your processHeat Treatment & Surface FinishingQuality Control & InspectionHeat treatment capability: We operate in-house equipment and match cycles to your cast alloy – so you get the hardness, strength, or ductility you needSurface cleaning process: We use shot blasting and chemical passivation – so your parts arrive free of shell residues and oxidesSurface refinement options: We offer polishing, grinding, and AFM – so your seal faces and internal passages are as smooth as you requireSingle-source delivery: You get heat-treated and surface-finished castings from one supplier – ready for your next production stepIn-process monitoring: We check critical dimensions during casting, heat treatment, and machining
Dimensional & hardness: We use Zeiss CMM for your cast datums and Rockwell testing for material properties
Non-destructive testing: We offer X-ray and dye penetrant for internal and surface defects on your castings
Surface & traceability: We inspect seal faces and bores per your print, and track every part from pour to shipEquipment List
